At WARDOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your new accessory or luggage piece isn't perfect, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return documentation.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of the parcel, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 14 days of the parcel reaching our warehouse.
